Arshad Nadeem (born January 2, 1997) is a top javelin thrower from Pakistan. He is now champion of both the Olympics and the Commonwealth Games. Arshad Nadeem made Olympics 2024 record with a 92.97-meter throw at the 2024 Summer Olympics.
He has competed in two Olympics and was the first Pakistani to make it to the final and field events at these games and the World Athletics Championships. At the 2022 Commonwealth Games, he set a new record with a 90.18-meter throw, being the first South Asian to exceed 90 meters. Javelin’s throw at Arshad Nadeem was a great victory for his country, Pakistan.
