I couldn’t see the second throw due to a camera blocking my view, but when I saw it had reached 92.97 meters, I couldn’t help but smile,” Butt said.

He acknowledged that Nadeem’s throw surpassed even Neeraj Chopra’s best efforts, highlighting Nadeem’s exceptional performance. “Achieving such a target was incredibly challenging. Arshad’s technique and preparation were outstanding,” he noted, adding that he had discussed run-up and arm techniques with Nadeem.

Looking to the future, Butt expressed optimism about the sport’s growth in Pakistan. “With the increasing interest in javelin, we anticipate improvements in performance and greater attraction to the sport,” he concluded.
